The organic Ginseng  Chinese tea is admired as an elixir herb. But its invigorating blend can only give you a pleasing, refreshing experience if you follow this simple brewing method!

First, use a Yixing teapot.

Yixing teapots are known to brew the best Chinese tea. The teapot is porous enough to allow tea aromas to build up, thus enhancing the quality of your brew.

Second, make sure the water temperature is right.

The ideal water temperature for brewing your ginseng tea is 95 degrees Celsius. If the water is too hot, the ginseng will be over brewed and damaged. If the water is too cold, some of the nutrients in your tea will stay locked inside. In both cases, the taste could be bitter and lifeless.

So bring the water to a boil, and then wait about a minute for it to cool off.

Third, warm up your teapot.

For the best results, preheat your teapot. A warmed-up teapot really helps bring the tea aromas out, and gives you very well-balanced, nice tasting tea.

So to do this, pour some of the hot water all over your teapot, and pour a little inside. Rinse the teapot with the water inside and then pour it out.

Fourth, let's make the tea.

Place some tea leaves in the teapot. Our ginseng tea is loose-leaf Chinese tea, so use approximately one teaspoon of tea leaves per cup.

Pour the water in, and cover the lid to wait for the brew. Let the tea sit for no more than 2-3 minutes, or it will be over-brewed.

Now, enjoy your tea, brew after brew.

Keep in mind is that a single batch of ginseng tea can be brewed 5 times, but it tends to lose some of its flavor after each brew. The best flavor comes out in the second and third infusions.
