The art of Snow tea brewing is much easier and simpler than a green or black Chinese tea.

There are strict requirements on brewing vessels, time, or even water for most of the Chinese teas if you desire for the perfect tea flavor. One of the few exceptions are Snow tea.

The way to brew Snow tea can't be more easier.

First, let the water in your kettle boil.

Second, take out a pinch of Snow tea leaves and place them in a cup. The cup can be glass, plastic or paper, and doesn't necessarily have to of Jingdezhen porcelain or Yixing purple clay as many Chinese teas may need.  

Third, as the water cools to 85 to 90 degress Celcius, pour it into the cup.

Fourth, wait for 2 minutes, and the tea is ready to serve.

Snow tea can be brewed for 3 to 4 rounds.
